1. This event is organized in accordance with the Taichung City Government Education Bureau document No. 1150007241.

2. In line with the Executive Yuan’s bilingual education policy and the Ministry of Education’s “12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines” (page 22) for technical high schools, school-designed courses should include professional English courses for different subject groups to support specialized courses or interdisciplinary teaching.

3. According to the Ministry of Education letter No. 1050157461 dated November 9, 2016, technical and vocational colleges should prioritize strengthening students’ professional English skills to enhance employability.
