I. To encourage faculty members at universities and colleges nationwide to strengthen bilingual teaching practices and professional dialogue through curriculum module development, peer classroom observation, and the establishment of course quality assurance mechanisms, and to enhance the quality of EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses, the Cross-University Faculty Professional Learning Community Program will continue to be implemented in the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.
II. Based on faculty members’ areas of expertise and professional development needs, the program is organized into three types of communities:
Disciplinary Module Development
Peer Observation of Teaching
Course Quality Assurance
Each community will operate in a task-oriented manner to promote cross-institutional collaboration and innovative teaching practices (please refer to the attached implementation plan for details). Relevant application information is as follows:
(1) Application Period: From now until February 8, 2026 (Sunday).
(2) Funding Support:
Operational Expenses: Up to NT$30,000 per approved project.
Faculty Incentives: Up to NT$24,000 per project upon satisfactory completion in accordance with the proposal guidelines.
(3) Project Duration: From the date of approval until June 21, 2026.
(4) Application Procedure: The community convener shall complete the project application form and upload it to the online application platform:
