1. The EMI Teaching Resource Center of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) was officially established in 113. In alignment with the 2030 bilingual policy and the promotion of EMI courses, the Center integrates the teaching characteristics of both technical colleges and universities to provide teaching resources. In the second semester of Academic Year 114, the Center will offer EMI Teaching Assistant (EMI TA) and EMI Tutor courses to enhance the capabilities of EMI teaching assistants and support student learning, promoting resource sharing and collaborative growth.
2. Course Information:
(a) EMI TA Training Course:
Participants who complete all 6 hours (3 sessions) will receive the EMI Teaching Assistant Beginner Completion Certificate.
Course Dates:
March 2, 115 (Monday) – Chinese session
March 3, 115 (Tuesday) – English session
Course Times:
10:00–12:00, 13:00–15:00, 15:00–17:00 (each session 2 hours; total 6 hours)

(b) EMI Tutor Training Course:
This course targets student EMI tutors and covers fully English instruction on promotional materials, presentation skills, and activity proposals, along with three one-on-one consultation sessions. Participants who complete all 6 hours of coursework and 3 consultations will receive the EMI Tutor Completion Certificate.

(c) Course Format: All courses will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Registration is confirmed upon submission and receipt of the confirmation email.
