The College of Tourism at Chung Hua University, in collaboration with TCL, will host the 2nd Annual EMI Best Practice Interactive Pedagogy Conference to enhance the teaching effectiveness of English-medium instruction (EMI) for faculty members from universities, colleges, and senior high schools. Building on the success of last year’s conference, faculty members from universities across Taiwan—including Chung Hua University, National Tsing Hua University, and National Chengchi University—will share practical and implementable EMI teaching examples. The conference aims to help instructors enhance student engagement and improve both content comprehension and language learning outcomes. The event will focus on interactive strategies in EMI teaching, including group task design, active learning techniques, and EMI pedagogical approaches.
